This E. Allen Common Goldeneye Decoy made with high-quality and durable polyurethane foam with a custom and quality paint job. The E. Allen decoys have a tuff shell around the foam. There is a 3/4" slot on the Bottom to add your own keel design. The scuffs are on the paint the decoy I recommend a slotted decoy bag if you plan to use it for hunting.The paint damage was due to the fact that this decoy was used in the field for 15 seasons.
