Description

Mallard Duck, hinged lid jewelry box, glass eyes, 3/4 scale, all original carving, manufactured by Abercrombie & Fitch Company, New York, measures 12” inches long, 4” inches wide through the mid body section, stands 5.5” inches tall. The interior chamber has the full manufacturing decal on the bottom side of the lid, circa mid 50’s, the carving has a dark patina, with signs of wear at bottom of the bill, tail area and paint loss on the bottom from use.
