Description

This auction is for a used but very good condition miniature hand carved wood decoy ducks. The waterfowl ducks are a Mallard drake and hen. We believe these were carved in Shelby, Ohio by now deceased Mark Lowmiller, not 100% sure! He was a former president of the First National Bank of Shelby that along with Farmers Bank was bought out by First Citizens Bank and renamed to Civista. This decoy came from the collection of deceased Jon P. Schaefer, Attorney in Shelby, Ohio. The wood decoys are mounted a piece of wood branch. The decoys together measure about 7" long x 7" tall x 6 1/2" wide. THE DECOY DUCKS ARE BOTH IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME SLIGHT AGE WEAR. I have several more to list along with songbirds and shore birds.
