Offered here for your consideration is this wood carved, dipping duck decoy. Pyrographic Stamp on base “Wooden Wildlife of Kennebunk Maine” The artist penned in their signature somewhat illegibly “Dana S. Bolen”? and Titled the piece "Nosey Duck". This Decoy features a natural wood body with black brushed tail feathers and a black beak and glass eyes. The duck is in a dipping/position making it a perfect shelf sitter appearing to extend its neck down from the shelf edge. This decoy Measures 9'' long, 3-1/4” at widest point, and 3” tall from whatever surface it sets on. Excellent Vintage Condition with light expected wear and a few small dings commensurate with age and use, but nothing distracting and mentioned only for the utmost accuracy.
